Maintenance SupervisorMetropolitan Properties is looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations across our properties.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and technicians.Plan, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works.Ensure properties, facilities, equipment, and building systems are maintained to a high standard.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance requirements.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers when required.Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and completion reports.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.Manage maintenance-related costs and ensure efficient use of materials and resources.Support the team in troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general building maintenance issues.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports.Provide regular updates to management regarding ongoing and completed works.RequirementsProven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably within property management or facilities management.Strong knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.Previous experience supervising maintenance technicians or contractors.Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests and work effectively under pressure.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.Relevant technical qualification or certification is preferred.UAE experience within property or facilities management will be an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Professional and supportive working environment.Opportunity to work across a diverse property portfolio.Career growth and development opportunities.Location: UAECompany: Metropolitan PropertiesPosition: Maintenance SupervisorTo Apply: Please submit your updated CV along with a brief summary of your relevant maintenance and supervisory experience.
