قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWith an incredible portfolio of food & beverage products, NFPC currently has a fantastic opportunity for a talented Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team.JOB PURPOSEThe position holder is responsible for the management of plant machinery, change parts, and spare parts. This includes the installation and commissioning of new machinery, the upgrade and retrofitting of existing equipment, and routine service inspections and overhauls. The role also encompasses troubleshooting, along with preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KPIsOversee all maintenance and engineering activities for both the Krones PET and 5-Gallon lines, ensuring that all production and facility assets are properly maintained.Analyze and define maintenance priorities and goals to deliver the designed machine output.Lead the development and implementation of maintenance programs and establish the annual maintenance master plan for the plant.Maintain and troubleshoot Krones filling, blow-moulding, labelling, conveying, and packaging equipment.Troubleshoot Siemens PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, motors, drives, and communication systems.Achieve plant sustainability targets by improving water and power consumption.Initiate root cause analysis (RCA) for all major breakdowns to prevent recurrence.Develop and implement stock control and inventory management processes for machinery spares, keeping stock up to date and planning future capacity requirements to avoid shortages.Maintain records of spare parts and of preventive, monthly, and annual maintenance issues and their solutions.Coordinate major overhauls, shutdown maintenance, equipment installation, commissioning, and modification projects.Supervise and coordinate daily preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM and Lean Maintenance.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of maintenance experience in the beverage, water, or food manufacturing industry.Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering with a combined electrical and mechanical background (Krones experience essential).Strong hands-on experience with Krones high-speed blow-moulding and labelling lines.Experience with PLCs such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens S7, or TIA Portal.Proven experience applying continuous improvement and lean tools to drive operational improvements.Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations.
