Team members join a growing organization that values customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement in leisure experiences.Job Purpose: Oversee and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across Gravity trampoline park branches, ensuring the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of trampoline equipment, attractions, and building systems, in line with manufacturer standards and Saudi regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Plan and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for trampoline equipment, play structures, and attractions across all branches.Lead, assign, and monitor the work of maintenance technicians at each site, providing training and performance guidance.Conduct routine safety inspections of trampolines, padding, nets, and attractions to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and applicable safety regulations.Manage corrective maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize park downtime and ensure guest safety.Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and equipment history for each branch.Coordinate with Balady, Civil Defense, and other regulatory bodies to maintain facility compliance and permits.Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers, including obtaining quotes and overseeing contracted works.Monitor and control the maintenance budget and spare parts inventory across all branches.Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems are properly maintained at all sites.Investigate equipment-related incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.Travel regularly between Riyadh, Khobar, and Al-Ahsa branches as required.Prepare periodic maintenance reports and updates for management.Qualifications and Experience:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Experience in entertainment, amusement park, or hospitality facilities maintenance is preferred.Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety systems.Familiarity with Saudi regulatory requirements (Balady, Civil Defense) related to facility safety and compliance.Valid Saudi driving license, given the multi-site nature of the role.Fluent in Arabic and English.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
