Maintenance Supervisor | AMLI Lakeline (Austin, TX) | Bonus + Housing AllowanceAMLI Residential is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor at AMLI Lakeline located in northwest Austin. In this role, you’ll lead the maintenance team and oversee all aspects of property upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance to deliver a high-quality living experience for residents.What You’ll DoSupervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations and vendor work alongside the Community ManagerLead and support the team with troubleshooting and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, etc.)Ensure completion of all preventative maintenance programs (pool, lighting, filters, inspections)Oversee service requests and make-ready units to meet deadlinesMaintain strong curb appeal and overall property standardsManage inventory, supplies, and vendor invoicesAssist with budgeting, expense control, and capital projectsTrain, coach, and develop maintenance staff; support hiring and schedulingEnforce OSHA safety standards and AMLI policiesConduct regular inspections, including weekly property walksParticipate in on-call rotation and support after-hours maintenance needsWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience2+ years of supervisory experience preferredHVAC/EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work weekends and participate in an on-call rotationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary +20% bonus incentive planHousing allowance at AMLI LakelineMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company match20 days PTO + 9 paid holidays.
