Maintenance Team Leader

Location: Thu Duc city, HCMCRole Description Supervise and manage maintenance and repair activities of machines/equipment during the shift, ensuring continuous and safe system operation.Supervise and manage equipment changeover (conversion) activities to support the production plan.Communicate company information and policies to team members.Work directly with customers, participate in work-related meetings, and resolve arising issues.Coordinate with Production and QA departments to propose improvements for productivity, quality, and working methods during the shift.Assign tasks, provide technical training, and evaluate the performance of team members.Ensure work is carried out in accordance with factory procedures and modules.Quickly handle arising problems to minimize machine downtime.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S standards.Report abnormalities and prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics / Automation or related fields)Skills: English communication for working with customersAt least 1 year of experience in a similar position Open to candidates with experience as a Production Engineer, Production Team Lead.Willing work on shift (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am)BenefitsAttractive salary + KPI/Performance bonus13th-month salaryFull insurance coverage according to regulationsTraining and career development opportunitiesAllowances and other benefits according to company policy
