Maintenance Technician and Pipe Fitter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician in Water Pumps and motors to join our professional maintenance and installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the on-site installation, troubleshooting, and repair of various water pumping systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Removal: Expertly install and dismantle various types of water pumps (Centrifugal, Submersible, Booster, and Multistage pumps).Mechanical Repairs: Perform onsite and workshop repairs, including the replacement of mechanical seals, bearings, impellers, and shafts.Plumbing Works: Execute professional plumbing tasks for pump systems using PPR, PVC, and GI pipes, including valves and manifold assemblies.Pressure Systems: Configure and calibrate pressure tanks, pressure switches, and float switches.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system longevity and efficiency.Technical Reporting: Provide clear, concise daily reports on equipment status and work performed.Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in water pump maintenance and plumbing.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pump hydraulics, mechanical seal types, and basic electrical wiring for motors.Education: Technical Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related field.Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and pump performance curves.License: A valid driving license is preferred.Attitude: Strong problem-solving skills, professional appearance, and excellent communication with clients.
