Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and support production teams in minimizing downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
• 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in construction materials or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
