The role ensures maximum guest satisfaction in line with DAMAC Hotels & Resorts standards through effective planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of hotel operations and administration.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a 5-star hotelBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HospitalityCertification in Front Office Operations and Health & SafetyStrong operational knowledge of Front Desk Operations, VIP welcoming protocols, MS Office Applications, and Opera PMSHigh level of verbal and written English communication skills
