Apply & track with Apply EdgeThis position will cover Middle School and Upper Elementary grade levels.Priority Consideration: Priority for this position will be given to local hires currently residing within Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama or local employment clearance.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging English Language Arts (ELA) lessons aligned with American curriculum standards.Assess, track, and report student progress, adapting instruction to support diverse learning styles.Maintain an orderly, encouraging, and culturally respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.Collaborate with department colleagues, instructional coordinators, and school management to refine curricula and implement Cognia continuous improvement goals.Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and academic performance.Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and ongoing professional development sessions.Required Qualifications & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Teaching Credential: Teaching license, PGCE, CELTA, or TEFL/TESOL certification.Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching ELA/English at the Upper Elementary or Middle School level, preferably within an American curriculum or international school context.Location & Status: Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia preferred.Languages: Native or near-native English fluency.
