This is an exciting phase to join as the business builds towards becoming a leader in Women's Health medicine in the UK.The roleOur client is looking for a Management Accountant to support the Finance & Operations Director and wider management team, delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis. You'll provide timely, insightful financial information that supports strategic decision-making and drives business performance, working closely with budget holders across the organisation.What you'll be doingFinancial ReportingPrepare monthly management accounts to agreed reporting deadlinesProduce monthly P&L accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedulesAssist with month-end and year-end close processesSupport preparation of statutory accounts and annual auditsBudgeting and ForecastingCoordinate the annual budgeting processPrepare quarterly and rolling forecastsProvide detailed variance analysisSupport cash flow forecasting and financial planningFinancial AnalysisPerform financial and commercial analysis to support decision-makingAnalyse revenue, margins, operating costs and profitability trendsPrepare KPI reports and performance dashboardsBusiness PartneringPartner with departmental managers to improve financial performanceProvide financial insights and recommendationsWhat you'll bringDegree in Accounting, Finance or a related disciplineQualified or finalist ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalentStrong experience in finance or management accountingAdvanced Excel skills and ERP experienceStrong technical accounting knowledge with a commercial mindset and analytical capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail, integrity and a proactive, collaborative approachWhy applyJoin a growing pharmaceutical business at an exciting stage of its UK expansion, contributing directly to the financial discipline and commercial performance of the business as it scales.
