Client: Leading automobile company ·Designation: Management AccountantPackage: LKR 200,000 – 250,000 ·About the roleA leading automobile company is hiring a Management Accountant to join its finance team in Sri Lanka. The role focuses on management accounting duties within the organisation.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present management accounts, budgets, and financial reports to support business decisions.Monitor cash flow, cost control, and variance analysis against budget.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals.Support the finance team in statutory reporting and compliance requirements.Liaise with operational teams to track project and operational costs.Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and forecasting as required.RequirementsCIMA – partially or fully qualified.QualificationsCIMA – partial or fully qualified.SkillsManagement accounting and financial reporting.Budgeting and variance analysis.Cash flow monitoring and cost control.Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.Attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.PackageLKR 200,000 – 250,000 per month.
