Management AccountantMilton Keynes | Hybrid Working | £40,000–£50,000 DOEWe’re recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a successful and growing business based in Milton Keynes. This is a broad, hands-on finance role offering plenty of exposure across the business and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.The role:Produce monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals and prepaymentsSupport budgeting, forecasting and financial planningPrepare balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controlsAnalyse performance, variances and key business trendsProvide insightful reporting to support commercial decision-makingPartner with stakeholders across the businessSupport year-end processes and external audit requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve finance processes and reportingAbout you:Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experienceStrong management accounting experienceConfident with Excel and financial systemsCommercially minded with strong analytical skillsComfortable communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
