Management Accountant - Part Qualified

We are currently looking for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join our successful printing business in Kirkcaldy.This is a great opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain broader exposure across management accounts, month-end, budgeting, forecasting and commercial finance.You'll work closely with the Finance Director and Credit Controller.The rolePreparing monthly management accounts and supporting schedules across multiple entities.Taking ownership of the month-end process, including accruals, prepayments, journals and depreciation.Supporting cash-flow forecasting, budgeting and financial forecasting.Analysing actual performance against budget and providing clear variance analysis and commentary.Supporting VAT returns, statutory accounts and audit requirements.Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide accurate financial information and commercial insight.Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and automation across the finance function.Supporting wider finance projects, financial analysis and ad-hoc commercial reporting.Take on an HR role and be responsible for our Direct Weekly payroll administer on Sage Payroll.
