Management Associate – Business Operations & Strategy

We are seeking a highly organized, technology-savvy, and proactive Management Associate to work directly with management across multiple business verticals including Green Hydrogen, Steel Tube & Pipe Industry, Water Technologies, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). As the company continues to evaluate new technologies, products, and growth opportunities, the candidate will play an active role in research, business analysis, customer engagement, strategic initiatives, and business development activities.Business Research & AnalysisConduct market, industry, technology, competitor, and country-level research.Evaluate emerging technologies, business opportunities, and market trends.Support strategic initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions, and new business opportunities.Prepare management summaries, reports, and recommendations.Business Operations & CoordinationCreate and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, databases, and reporting systems.Track ongoing projects, business opportunities, and management action items.Coordinate with customers, suppliers, technology partners, and internal teams.Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending actions.Business Systems & Process ImprovementEvaluate, recommend, and implement CRM and project-tracking systems.Develop structured workflows, trackers, and reporting systems for business activities.Customer & Commercial SupportCoordinate customer follow-ups, quotations, proposals, and commercial activities.Assist management in preparing business proposals and customer presentations.Support business development and strategic sales initiatives.Presentation & DocumentationPrepare professional PowerPoint presentations for customers, partners, and management.Create business reports, meeting minutes, executive summaries, and project documentation.Maintain organized digital repositories and document management systems.Business Development & New Vertical ExplorationResearch emerging technologies, products, and business opportunities relevant to the company's growth objectives.Identify potential opportunities within Green Hydrogen, Steel Tube & Pipe, Water Technologies, and other future business areas.Evaluate technology providers, potential partners, and market opportunities.Prepare market intelligence reports and strategic recommendations for management.Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and global technology trends.Desired Skills & CompetenciesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent internet research and information-gathering capabilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prepare management-level presentations and reports.Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms.Strong curiosity and willingness to learn about new industries, technologies, and business models.Ability to independently research unfamiliar topics and convert findings into actionable business insights.Process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify, recommend, and implement digital tools and systems.Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Management, Economics, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in business operations, research, project coordination, executivesupport, consulting, business analysis, or business development.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technology, or consulting sectors will be an advantage.
