The agency is committed to delivering professional financial planning advice, building customized portfolios, and exceeding client expectations in the insurance and financial services industry.Role Description The Management Associate Program is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. Management Associates support the development and implementation of financial planning strategies, including analyzing client portfolios, preparing proposals, and assisting in the delivery of advisory services. The role involves participating in project initiatives, coordinating workflows, and supporting agency operations to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Associates will also assist in organizing training sessions, contributing to team development, and supporting communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Participants in the program will receive structured guidance and exposure to various aspects of agency management, financial planning, and business development.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, assess client needs, and support portfolio recommendations.Effective communication skills to engage clients and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Foundational knowledge or interest in finance, insurance, and financial planning concepts.Experience or aptitude in project management to coordinate tasks, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives.Ability to support and participate in training activities, including learning new tools and contributing to team development.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.High level of integrity, client-centric mindset, and commitment to professional standards.Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with digital tools.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
