CAPEX serves SMEs and large corporates with flexible, affordable outsourcing services tailored to evolving market demands.Role Description This full-time, on-site Management Consultant role is based in Dubai and focuses on advising clients on financial management, business processes, and organizational performance. The Management Consultant will analyze client operations, identify risks and inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions aligned with CAPEX’s audit and advisory standards. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, preparing reports and presentations, supporting implementation of process improvements, and collaborating with internal audit, tax, and accounting teams. The role also involves meeting with clients to understand their strategic objectives, translating complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations, and monitoring the impact of proposed changes. The consultant is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in consulting and finance.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis.Candidates should possess Management Consulting and Consulting skills, with experience in client advisory, strategy development, and solution design.Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA, or consulting certifications) are an advantage.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and build trusted client relationships.Experience in audit, advisory, or management consulting within financial or professional services is highly beneficial.
