The Management Consultant works across functions to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, support organizational change, and help clients make informed business decisions.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of business strategy, organizational management, operations, and performance improvement.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business issues.Ability to conduct market research, business analysis, financial analysis, and process assessments.Strong knowledge of business planning, process improvement, change management, and organizational development.Ability to develop structured recommendations, business cases, presentations, and management reports.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analysis or presentation tools.Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with clients, management teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong commercial awareness, critical thinking, attention to detail, and professional judgment.Adaptable, structured, and results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
