Thanks to our recent growth and corporate acquisitions we are even better positioned to support our clients with innovative and scalable solutions.About the roleYou will join our established Design function and work as a Management Consultant, in an ambitious, fast-paced environment with a strong drive forward.As a Management Consultant, you will take a highly active role in shaping client outcomes and driving project success.Your main responsibilities will include:Taking ownership of project execution from initial scoping to final delivery. You will structure complex workstreams, manage critical timelines, and proactively navigate project complexities to ensure seamless delivery.Analyzing data sets and complex business contexts to deliver clear, actionable insights. You will develop the rigorous logical frameworks and financial models that underpin our strategic advisory.Translating technical findings into high-impact recommendations tailored for Remuneration Committees and the C-suite. You will confidently guide senior stakeholders through decision-making, ensuring alignment between overall long-term strategy execution and value creation, and incentive plan frameworks.Actively mentoring junior consultants, providing structural guidance on their analytical workflows and defining quality expectations across all deliverables.Allshares is scaling rapidly and values entrepreneurial drive. Beyond client execution, you will have the opportunity to identify solutions that refine our consulting methodologies and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our advisory and SaaS offerings.What you’ll bringSuccess in this role requires a hands-on mindset, self-directed drive, and the agility to navigate a high-growth SaaS environment. We value individuals who proactively identify inefficiencies and have the confidence to propose and implement more efficient solutions. To qualify, you must have:1–2 years of full-time experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, or a related analytically demanding field.A degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, with outstanding academic results.Exceptional quantitative capability and problem-solving skills. You possess a proven track record of processing complex data, building structured logic, and formulating clear, actionable solutions.Native-level fluency in Swedish and full professional proficiency in English. You articulate complex ideas with precision and persuasion, both verbally and in writing.A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and implementing superior solutions.
