This role is suited to professionals who can break down complex business problems, analyse data, develop actionable recommendations and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement solutions. Candidates from management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, operations, analytics, technology consulting or program management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy Analyze business performance, market trends, competitive landscapes and growth opportunities to support strategic decision-making.Business Problem-Solving Conduct structured problem analysis, root-cause assessments and feasibility studies to identify improvement opportunities.Data Analytics Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, develop business cases, build performance reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations.Business Transformation Support operating-model redesign, process optimization, digital transformation and organizational efficiency initiatives.Project Execution Develop project plans, track milestones and KPIs, identify risks and coordinate cross-functional implementation.Stakeholder Management Collaborate with clients and internal teams, facilitate discussions and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.Executive Communication Prepare structured presentations, management reports, dashboards and decision-support materials.Continuous Improvement Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies, tools and reusable solutions that improve business outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering/technology or a relevant quantitative or analytical discipline, where required by the project.MBA, PGDM, MSc or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Management, Business, Strategy, Finance, Operations or a related discipline.4–7 years of relevant full-time professional experience in management consulting, strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, business analytics, technology consulting, program management or a related field.Strong structured problem-solving, analytical reasoning and business judgement.Demonstrated ability to convert business data and complex problems into practical recommendations.Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.Experience working across functions, business units, clients or multiple domains.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau or other analytical tools is an advantage.Evidence of ownership, initiative and measurable business or operational impact.Required SkillsStrong structured problem-solving, analytical reasoning and business judgement.Ability to convert business data and complex problems into practical recommendations.Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.Experience working across functions, business units, clients or multiple domains.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other analytical tools is an advantage.Evidence of ownership, initiative and measurable business or operational impact.Preferred SkillsExperience in a consulting firm, strategy team, transformation office, founder's office or other business problem-solving environment.Exposure to market entry, growth strategy, commercial excellence, operating-model design, process improvement or digital transformation.Experience preparing business cases, financial or operational models, executive presentations or management dashboards.Experience engaging with senior leaders, directors, founders or client decision-makers.Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, project management, finance or other relevant disciplines.Recognition for professional performance, leadership or problem-solving.About the RoleWork Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.Employment type: Full-time.Working schedule: Six-day workweek.Candidates must be comfortable with local travel within Mumbai and relocation where required.About the CompanyWhat We Value - We value curiosity, structured thinking, ownership, clear communication and the ability to turn insights into action.
