The role involves on-ground implementation of improvement programs, working closely with CXOs and plant leadership teams to deliver tangible business results.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose process gaps across production, planning, procurement, logistics, and quality.Design and implement Lean, TPM, and supply chain optimization frameworks.Develop KPI dashboards, governance systems, and review mechanisms.Facilitate change management and capability building at all levels.Deliver measurable improvements in cost, lead time, and efficiency.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years & Maximum 6 years of experience in manufacturing transformation consultingEducation: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent); MBA preferred.Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or related improvement methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel across client locations (India & overseas).
