Location: RemoteAbout the Opportunitymicro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to engage former management consultants for high-impact AI training and evaluation projects.In this role, you'll apply your consulting toolkit, structured problem-solving approach, business analysis skills, and written communication to evaluate how AI models reason through complex business problems and help improve their performance toward an expert level.No prior AI experience is required — your consulting expertise and ability to solve complex business problems are what matter.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate AI model responses to business strategy and consulting-style problems.Develop high-quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedback.Apply structured business and consulting frameworks to assess reasoning quality and identify gaps.Analyze complex business scenarios using structured problem solving and business analysis.Apply expertise in market research, financial analysis, and stakeholder considerations where relevant.Collaborate with the project team as evaluation guidelines and requirements evolve.Provide clear, rigorous written feedback to support continuous improvement of AI systems.Required QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience at a top management consulting firm, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, or a similar firm.At least part of the consulting experience must have been within the past 7 years.Strong capabilities in business strategy, structured problem solving, and business analysis.Excellent written English and business communication skills.Strong analytical ability and attention to reasoning quality and business logic.Preferred QualificationsUndergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.Experience with market research and financial analysis.Strong stakeholder management and business writing skills.Experience evaluating complex business problems or developing structured recommendations.Experience working on AI, technology, research, or evaluation projects is beneficial.CompensationCompetitive compensation of $245–$280/hour.Independent contractor engagement.Flexible, project-based remote work.Opportunity to apply top-tier consulting expertise to next-generation AI training and evaluation.EligibilityCandidates should be based in an English-speaking country.Strong proficiency in written English is required.Application ProcessEasy Apply on LinkedInCheck Email for Next StepsParticipate in Resume Evaluation & Interview Stage
