About the Collective:We are a boutique management consulting firm focused on purpose-driven clients and spaces. Our work spans the GCC and includes advising government clients, private corporations, and social enterprises on strategy and transformation, partnership development, commercial optimization, and program design; with an established footprint across sports and entertainment, healthcare and wellbeing, culture, technology, and FMCG. Role Description The posting is to capture prospective candidates for project-based engagements across various seniority levels in our consulting practice; our team is small by design as a boutique, and we involve consultants as our project pipeline calls for. Involvement in an engagement would likely be 1-3 months with potential extension across our other projects for fit profiles. For consultants, your daily role would have you conducting research and analyses as well as working on client materials; for manager/principal roles you would be guiding project teams and respective workstreams and owning a significant part of the client relationship.Minimum QualificationsAn established career within consulting, with 2+ years at a global firm or an ME-based boutique.Bachelor's from a reputable university; MBA or equivalent experience preferred for senior roles.Fluency in english, Arabic in addition is advantageous.Preferred industry-specific expertise for senior roles include sports and entertainment, aviation, and financial institutions. General consulting profiles with demonstrated toolkits are also to be considered.Compensation varies as per seniority level, competitive with industry at project-based rates.
