The faculty member will design and deliver management-related courses and sessions, with a focus on preparing students for placements in the tech and allied sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting interactive classroom sessions, mentoring students on concepts and case studies, and evaluating student performance through assignments and assessments. The role also involves developing curricula aligned with industry requirements, contributing to academic research or content development, and collaborating with other faculty to improve teaching methodologies. The faculty member is expected to participate in workshops, seminars, and placement-focused programs to support student success.Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge in management domains such as Organizational Behavior and Marketing, with the ability to teach these concepts in a practical, industry-oriented manner.Experience in Curriculum Development and University Teaching, including designing course structures, learning outcomes, and assessment methods.Ability to conduct and apply Research to enhance teaching content, classroom activities, and student projects.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills, with a learner-centric approach.Master’s degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.Comfort working with technology-enabled teaching tools and learning platforms, and openness to continuous professional development.Strong mentoring skills and a commitment to supporting diverse learners in achieving their career goals.
