This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving MIS dashboards and reports to support decision-making across departments. Daily tasks include collecting and validating operational and sales data, performing systems analysis, and ensuring information systems are accurate, secure, and up to date. The Analyst will collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to identify data needs, develop KPIs, streamline reporting processes, and provide insights that improve efficiency and business performance. The role also involves troubleshooting data and system issues, documenting processes, and suggesting enhancements to existing MIS tools and workflows.Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), including data structures and reporting frameworks.Experience in systems analysis and working with dashboards or business intelligence tools.Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms) is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer-facing industries is an advantage.google sheets mustAI proficency required
