Management Information System Analyst

We’re looking for an MIS Analyst who can transform operational data into accurate, timely and actionable management information. You’ll work with data from multiple systems, build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, analyze performance trends and provide insights that help Delivery, Quality, Project Management and Operations teams make informed decisions.What You’ll DoReporting & Management InformationDevelop, maintain and deliver recurring operational and management reportsBuild reporting workbooks, models and templates using advanced ExcelCreate and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar toolsAnalyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and risksEstablish and maintain standardized KPI and performance reporting frameworksProvide timely and actionable insights to support business decisionsData Management & QualityCollect, clean, validate and transform data from multiple sources and systemsPrepare exported data for analysis and reportingMaintain data accuracy, consistency, completeness and integrityConduct data audits and reconciliations to strengthen reporting reliabilityMaintain documentation for data definitions, processes and reporting methodologiesSupport data governance through adherence to established standards and controlsAnalytics & Continuous ImprovementConduct root cause analysis to identify drivers of operational performance gapsPartner with Project Management, Delivery, Quality and Operations teams to interpret performance dataTranslate business requirements into practical analytical and reporting solutionsSupport business improvement initiatives through fact-based analysis and performance measurementIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes and stakeholder visibilityAutomation & InnovationReduce manual reporting effort through Excel and Microsoft tools such as Power Query and Power AutomateWork with the Analytics team to streamline recurring reports and workflowsSupport AI and automation initiatives through data preparation, validation and performance trackingWhat We’re Looking ForEducationBachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related fieldDemonstrated reporting and analytical capability is highly valuedExperience2–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, business intelligence, data analytics or a related fieldExperience producing recurring reports for business stakeholdersExperience managing the end-to-end reporting cycle from data extraction and validation to final reporting or visualizationExperience working with large datasets and structured data validation processesExposure to ERP, CRM, HRIS or other enterprise systems is an advantageTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel is a key requirement.
