We focus on data-driven business operations, performance monitoring, and efficient reporting to support informed decision-making.About the RoleWe are looking for an Assistant Manager – MIS to oversee management reporting, data analysis, KPI monitoring, dashboard development, and reporting automation. The role requires strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, along with working knowledge of SQL and VBA/Macros.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.Monitor and analyze KPI, sales, collection, and performance data.Collect, validate, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.Use Power Query for data transformation, cleaning, and automation.Use SQL for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.Utilize VBA and Macros to automate repetitive reporting processes.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of management reports.Prepare ad-hoc reports and provide data-driven insights to management.Identify opportunities to improve reporting systems, processes, and automation.Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and validate business data.Required SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced formulas.Strong expertise in Power BI and Power Query.Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Macros.Strong understanding of KPI and performance analysis.Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High attention to data accuracy and detail.Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and deadlines.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Statistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.Relevant experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Management Reporting will be preferred.Pay Range & Compensation PackageCompetitive salary based on experience and capabilities.TA (Travel Allowance).Tour Allowance.Monthly Mobile Bill/Allowance.Performance Bonus.Partially Subsidized Lunch Facility.Two Festival Bonuses annually.Other benefits as per company HR policy.Equal Opportunity StatementGoldsands Group provides employment opportunities based on qualifications, skills, experience, and professional capabilities.
