Job Description – MIS Executive (E-commerce & D2C Fashion)Position: MIS ExecutiveLocation: Gurugram (Manesar)Industry: D2C Fashion / E-commerceRole OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven MIS Executive who can convert business data into actionable insights. The candidate will manage dashboards, sales reports, inventory reports, marketing analytics, and operational MIS to support business growth.Key Responsibilities* Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports.* Create and maintain Excel and Google Sheets dashboards.* Analyze sales performance by SKU, category, platform and channel.* Track inventory, stock ageing, fast-moving & slow-moving products.* Generate reports for website, marketplaces and offline sales.* Monitor return %, exchange %, cancellation % and COD performance.* Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Warehouse and Finance teams.* Prepare management reports for founders.* Identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities using data.* Automate repetitive reports using advanced Excel/Google Sheets.* Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.Required Skills* Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards)* Google Sheets* Advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS)* Basic SQL (Preferred)* Power BI / Looker Studio (Preferred)* Strong analytical and logical thinking* Excellent attention to detailKey Reports to be Managed* Daily Sales Dashboard* SKU Performance Report* Inventory & Stock Ageing Report* Return & Exchange Analysis* Marketing ROI Dashboard* Customer Acquisition Report* Repeat Customer Analysis* Order Fulfilment Dashboard* Marketplace Performance Report* Profitability Report* Founder Business DashboardKPIs* 100% report accuracy* Daily dashboard before business hours* Zero reporting delays* Inventory variance below target* Actionable business insights every week* Dashboard automation and process improvementQualification* Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BCA preferred)* 2–5 years of MIS experience* Experience in E-commerce, Retail or D2C brands preferredPreferred ExperienceExperience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, ERP systems, and Power BI will be an added advantage.
