The MIS Executive will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and updating management information systems to support business operations and decision-making. Daily tasks include preparing and analyzing MIS reports, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems and dashboards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, finance, and marketing to gather requirements, streamline reporting, and provide actionable insights. The MIS Executive will also support process improvements, troubleshoot data issues, maintain documentation, and contribute to the implementation of new tools and reporting standards.Qualifications Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to manage and optimize reporting structures.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data interpretation, trend analysis, and performance tracking to support business decisions.Hands-on experience with MIS Reporting, including creation, automation, and timely distribution of dashboards and reports.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders, presenting data findings, and translating technical concepts into clear insights.Proficiency in MS Excel ,including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,formulas, data analysis,and reporting and other data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, BI platforms); familiarity with databases or SQL is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or jewellery/luxury sectors is beneficial but not mandatorySALARY :- ₹20,000-40,000 per month depending on experience and skills
