Its vision is to become a globally recognized leader in high-performance fluid solutions through reliability, performance, and sustainable operations.What You'll DoDesign, maintain, and automate MIS reports covering production, inventory, sales, and export operationsBuild and manage Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and formulas (advanced level — pivot tables, lookups, macros)Write and maintain Google Apps Script to automate workflows across Sheets, Forms, and GmailBuild end-to-end systems on Google Workspace — from data capture (Forms/Sheets) to automated dashboards — for tracking production, inventory, sales, and export operationsUse basic coding/scripting to streamline repetitive reporting tasks and reduce manual errorsCoordinate with production, quality, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure data accuracy across systemsIdentify process gaps and propose automation or reporting improvementsMaintain data integrity and version control across shared tracking systemsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in an MIS, data analyst, or reporting roleStrong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, macros)Working knowledge of Google Apps Script and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Forms, Data Studio/Looker Studio) for building dashboards and connected systems (or willingness/ability to pick it up fast)Basic coding/scripting ability (VBA, Python, JavaScript, or similar) — a strong plusHigh attention to detail and ability to work with large, unstructured datasetsGood communication skills to work across cross-functional teamsPrior exposure to a manufacturing and export firm.Why Join UsBe part of a growing export-oriented manufacturing company with global reachWork directly with leadership on high-impact reporting and automation projectsA role where your Excel and scripting skills will visibly shape day-to-day operations
