The role involves managing and maintaining MIS databases, preparing regular and ad hoc reports, and ensuring data accuracy for operational and management decision-making. The MIS Executive will compile, analyze, and present information related to production, sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments to collect data, validating and updating records, generating dashboards, and supporting process improvements through data insights. The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and to provide timely, actionable information.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities to interpret data, generate reports, and support data-driven decisions.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field are beneficial.Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under time constraints are advantageous.Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and familiarity with ERP systems or business intelligence tools will be an added advantage.
