The MIS Executive will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and maintaining data related to sales, operations, and performance metrics, and preparing regular and ad hoc reports for management. This role involves managing databases and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting teams with timely information for decision-making. The role also includes coordinating with various departments to understand reporting requirements, streamlining data workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes. The MIS Executive will work closely with leadership to provide insights, track key performance indicators, and support strategic planning, with compensation up to 6.5 LPA based on experience and skills.Qualifications Strong skills in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and BI/reporting platforms.Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and present clear insights and summaries to stakeholders.Proficiency in database handling, data validation, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity.Comfort working with technology, including MIS tools, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting of data-related issues.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, operations, and management teams.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting timelines.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.Experience in real estate, analytics, or a similar data-focused role will be an advantage.
