Management Information Systems Manager

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience tackling various hardware and software problems. They should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with third party software companies to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones. This candidate should have prior experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends to ensure the technology in place is up to date.Responsibilities:1) Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present key performanceindicators (KPIs) and business metrics.2) Design and implement data management systems, databases, and data warehouses to store andanalyze large datasets.3) Candidates with expertise in Production, Planning, Purchase, conversion cost reporting usingPower BI.- Procurement: Purchase Orders, Supplier Performance, Purchase Price Variance- Planning: Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity Planning- Production: Production Efficiency, Work Order Status, Quality Control- Inventory: Stock Levels, Inventory Turns, Inventory Valuation, Slow-Moving Items- Energy Consumption Report- Water Consumption Report- Utility Bill Tracking Report- Power Shutdown Schedule Report- Water Usage Variance ReportQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.10+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.Strong knowledge of database management systems (DBMS), data warehousing, and businessintelligence tools.Proficiency in SQL, data visualizing tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Desirable Skills: Experience with cloud-based MIS solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.Certification in MIS, data analysis, or a related field
