The intern will support day-to-day operations across functions such as business development, partner management, and customer experience, helping coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities may include data collection and analysis, preparing reports and presentations, assisting with process documentation, and supporting project execution to improve operational efficiency. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, and contribute ideas to enhance workflows and service delivery. This role offers hands-on exposure to startup operations in the pet care and technology space, with opportunities to learn directly from experienced leaders.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, basic data analysis, and structured thinking.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.Candidates should possess basic business and management understanding, such as familiarity with operations, marketing, or project management concepts.Relevant qualifications include current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor’s program in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.Comfort with digital tools and platforms, curiosity about technology and AI-driven solutions, and an interest in the pet care sector are highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, maintain professional conduct, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment is required.
