The Management Mentor will guide and coach students on core management concepts, communication, and professional skills required for success in placement processes and in early career roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering interactive classroom sessions, facilitating workshops, mentoring small groups, and providing one-on-one feedback to help learners improve performance. The role also involves designing and refining training materials, assessing student progress through evaluations, and collaborating with the academic and operations teams to align program outcomes with industry expectations. The Management Mentor is expected to maintain a supportive learning environment, model professional behavior, and stay updated on hiring trends and workplace practices relevant to tech and management roles.Qualifications Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, with experience in guiding students or early-career professionals in management and professional skills.Proficiency in classroom facilitation, workshop delivery, and interactive teaching methods to engage diverse learner groups.Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and constructive feedback delivery.Ability to design, organize, and refine training content, lesson plans, and assessment tools aligned with placement preparation goals.Solid understanding of basic management principles, workplace behavior, and corporate expectations for entry-level roles.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple batches and timelines effectively.Comfort working with data and student performance metrics to track progress and recommend improvement strategies.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; prior training or teaching experience is an advantage.Familiarity with tech sector hiring processes, campus placements, and aptitude/interview preparation is highly beneficial.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate empathy toward learners, and uphold an inclusive, non-discriminatory learning environment.
