The team is committed to building career-ready talent with strong technical and professional skills.Role Description The Management Mentor (NET / SET Qualified or Ph.D) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves mentoring and coaching students in management-related subjects, conducting high-quality classroom sessions, and guiding learners on concepts relevant to competitive exams and industry requirements. The mentor will design and deliver structured lesson plans, develop learning materials and assessments, and provide individual feedback to help learners improve their performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking student progress, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, collaborating with other mentors and academic teams to refine curriculum, and participating in workshops and bootcamps focused on placement preparation. The mentor is expected to maintain an engaging learning environment, stay updated with current industry trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methodologies.Qualifications Strong academic background in Management or related disciplines, with NET / SET qualification or a Ph.D in a relevant field.Demonstrated teaching, mentoring, or training experience, preferably with college students or early-career professionals.Ability to design and deliver structured management-focused content, including lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a learner-centric approach and commitment to measurable learning outcomes.Comfort with using digital tools, learning platforms, and basic productivity software to support teaching and reporting.Awareness of placement and hiring trends in management and tech-enabled roles; prior experience with test prep or placement training is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional academic and operations teams and manage batches and schedules effectively.
