As an Engineering Management Trainee, you will go through a structured learning and development program designed to give you hands-on experience across key operational, technical, and client management functionsThis role is ideal for recent 2026 MBA graduates with background in B.Tech/ B.E , who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and people management — and want to grow into future leaders within our business.Key Responsibilities:Acquire skill in client handling, project and people management, reporting & presentation.Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow and automation apps, and service delivery metrics.Help prepare presentations for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings and actively present.Work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation, data analysis, and process improvements.Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.Support operations leaders for effective cost management through resource planning, productivity tracking and governance.Qualifications:𝗕.𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵/𝗕𝗘 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields)𝗠𝗕𝗔 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲) eager to grow into management roles𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 with strong communication skills & adaptabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace applications.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
