By the end of 2025, the company achieved an A+++ rating as a futures brokerage, reflecting strong performance and market trust.Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya at the Pakuwon Centre office. The Management Trainee will rotate across key departments to learn brokerage operations, including client services, trading support, and administrative functions. Daily tasks include assisting in market analysis, preparing reports, supporting client onboarding, and helping coordinate educational and promotional activities. The role also involves learning regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and risk management practices under close supervision from senior team members. Management Trainees are expected to participate in structured training programs, attend internal meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications Demonstrated interest in financial markets, including futures, foreign exchange, and derivatives.Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and reports.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with colleagues and clients.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance.Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a dynamic environment, and follow established procedures.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field (final-year students or recent graduates are welcome to apply).Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, and online platforms).Willingness to work on-site in Surabaya and participate in structured training and rotational assignments.Prior internship or exposure to the financial or brokerage industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
