It has achieved an A+++ rating as a futures brokerage at the end of 2025, reflecting strong performance and credibility in the industry.Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya at Pakuwon Centre. The individual in this role will rotate through key departments to learn core business operations, including client services, trading support, risk management, and back-office processes. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with market analysis, preparing reports, supporting senior staff in managing client accounts, and learning regulatory and compliance procedures relevant to futures, forex, and derivatives trading. The Management Trainee will participate in training programs, attend internal briefings, and contribute to team projects aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency. This role is designed to develop future leaders who understand both strategic and operational aspects of a regulated brokerage environment.Qualifications Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with the capacity to interpret market data and financial information.Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.Ability to learn quickly, adapt to structured training programs, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.Proficiency in basic office software (such as spreadsheets, presentation tools, and word processing) and comfort with online platforms.Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field.Interest in futures, forex, and derivatives trading, with a willingness to understand industry regulations and compliance standards.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to working on-site in Surabaya on a full-time basis.Prior internship or project experience in financial services or capital markets is an advantage but not mandatory.
