Pt Glori Investama provides online transaction platforms, educational services, and has achieved an A+++ rating as a futures brokerage by the end of 2025. Candidates joining the Surabaya branch will be part of a reputable, growth-oriented financial services company.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee role based in Surabaya. The Management Trainee will support daily operational activities in futures, forex, and derivatives trading, including assisting senior staff with client account handling and transaction monitoring. Responsibilities include learning and applying company procedures, participating in training programs, and supporting educational sessions for clients on market products and trading platforms. The role also involves preparing basic reports, helping coordinate internal and external meetings, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth branch operations. The position is designed to develop future leaders, with structured mentorship and progressive responsibilities as knowledge and performance grow.Qualifications Strong interest in financial markets, particularly futures, forex, and derivatives, with willingness to learn industry regulations and trading concepts.Solid analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret basic market data and prepare clear, concise reports.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., BAPPEBTI standards).Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with online trading platforms is an advantage.Previous internship or exposure in brokerage, banking, or financial services is beneficial but not required.
