You’ll work closely with our team, learn how projects and campaigns come together, and take on more responsibility as you develop.What You’ll Be DoingHelp coordinate day-to-day sales campaigns, projects, and team prioritiesWork with different teams to keep campaigns, sales, and projects moving forwardAssist with client communication and relationship managementParticipate in team meetings, planning sessions, and presentationsTrack project activity and provide updates to leadershipHelp with customer and sales initiatives tied to client campaignsLearn how to train, coach, and support new team membersDevelop skills in communication, leadership, organization, and business operationsWho We’re Looking ForWe’re interested in people who are:Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative on sales and campaign projectsConfident communicating with different types of peopleCompetitive, motivated, and eager to learnComfortable working in a team-focused environmentLooking for a career path—not just another 9-to-5Open to feedback, coaching, and taking on new challengesA degree is helpful but not required.
