The Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program designed to develop competencies across multiple business areas. Day-to-day tasks include supporting program management activities, analyzing operational processes, fostering effective communication across teams, assisting in training programs, and providing excellent customer service. The role aims to prepare candidates for future leadership positions within the organization.QualificationsProficiency in Program Management and the ability to coordinate and oversee projects effectivelyStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and derive actionable insightsExcellent Communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and interaction with team members and stakeholdersExperience or training in facilitating learning and development initiativesStrong Customer Service skills with a problem-solving mindsetAbility to adapt to dynamic environments and work in a team-oriented settingBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldPrior internship or experience in a related field is a plus
