Participants will rotate through key departments to learn business operations, client management, and compliance processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting program and project coordination, assisting in client service activities, preparing reports and presentations, and analyzing market information under the guidance of senior team members. Management Trainees will also help deliver training and educational sessions, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives. The program is designed to build leadership capabilities and prepare trainees for future managerial roles within the company.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Training skills to support structured rotations, internal initiatives, and educational activities.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, prepare reports, and support decision-making in trading and operational contexts.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, willingness to learn, and interest in futures, forex, and derivatives markets.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and good time management skills are beneficial.
