Participants will rotate through key business and finance functions to learn about operations, client services, and digital platform management. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting program and project activities, assisting in market and business analysis, and contributing to internal and client-focused communications. Trainees will also participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs, as well as interact with customers to understand their needs and provide professional service. The role is designed to build future leaders who can contribute to strategic growth within the organization.Qualifications Strong Program Management skills, with the ability to coordinate activities, follow structured processes, and support project execution.Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, understanding market trends, and developing basic business insights.Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and professional interpersonal skills.Experience or interest in Training, with the capacity to learn quickly, participate in workshops, and share knowledge with others.Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, support clients, and maintain a professional, solution-oriented attitude.Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.Interest in financial markets, business development, and digital platforms; prior internship in finance or services is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate in diverse teams.Basic proficiency in English and strong command of Bahasa Indonesia.
