Pt Glori Investama achieved an A+++ rating as a futures brokerage at the end of 2025, reflecting its strong performance and professional standards.Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. Participants will learn core aspects of futures, forex, and derivative brokerage operations, including assisting in daily trading support, monitoring market developments, and preparing basic reports. The role involves supporting program and project coordination within the branch, participating in internal training sessions, and shadowing senior team members to understand business processes and regulatory requirements. Management trainees will interact with clients under supervision, help respond to inquiries, and contribute to educational and promotional activities aimed at improving client understanding of financial products. Over time, trainees are expected to develop into professionals capable of managing client portfolios, supporting branch performance, and upholding compliance standards.Qualifications Program Management and Training skills to support structured learning programs and assist in coordinating branch initiatives.Analytical Skills to interpret market data, prepare basic reports, and support decision-making in trading and operations.Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, explain products clearly, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.Interest in financial markets, futures, forex, and derivatives, with a willingness to learn regulatory and compliance requirements.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.Basic proficiency in office and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online communication platforms).
