The company operates under Indonesian government regulations, emphasizing the security of client funds and transparent transaction processes.Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based at PT. Victory International (Branch Satrio Tower) in Jakarta, Indonesia. Management Trainees will learn core aspects of the brokerage and financial services business through structured rotations, mentoring, and on-the-job training. Daily responsibilities include supporting program initiatives, assisting with client interactions, preparing reports and presentations, and analyzing market and business data under guidance from senior staff. Trainees will participate in training sessions, contribute to operational improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes. The program is designed to develop future leaders who can progress into supervisory or specialist roles within the organization.Qualifications Strong Program Management and organizational skills to support structured training and rotational assignments.Solid Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret market data, performance metrics, and operational information.Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, peers, and management.Interest or experience in Training, learning new concepts quickly, and applying them in a professional setting.Customer Service orientation with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn about financial markets and brokerage services.Ability to work on-site in Jakarta and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-based environment.Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with online trading platforms is an advantage.
