This commitment to compliance and client protection supports a professional environment for both customers and team members.Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Participants will rotate through key business functions to gain hands-on experience in brokerage operations, client support, and trading-related services. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with program coordination, supporting client education initiatives, analyzing market information and internal performance data, and contributing to process improvements. Trainees will learn to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, help deliver training and mentoring activities, and support high-quality customer service. The program is designed to prepare trainees for future leadership or specialist roles within the company.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Program Management and organizational skills to support rotational assignments and initiatives.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, understand market information, and support decision-making.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and management.Candidates should possess Training and Customer Service skills to assist in educational programs and deliver a positive client experience.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field is preferred.Interest in financial markets, trading, and brokerage services, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, collaborate within diverse teams, and manage multiple tasks proactively.Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with online trading platforms is an advantage.
