The Management Trainee will rotate across key departments to learn core business operations, financial products, and customer engagement strategies. Daily activities include supporting program and project initiatives, assisting in data analysis and reporting, participating in training sessions, and shadowing senior team members. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, preparing presentations, and engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs. Participants will receive structured coaching and performance feedback to prepare for future leadership or specialist roles within the company.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in program management and an interest in learning structured business processes.Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with teams, leaders, and clients.
