The company has achieved an A+++ rating as a futures brokerage by the end of 2025, reflecting strong performance and reliability.Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based at Pt Glori Investama Surabaya. Participants will rotate through key functions, including operations, client services, and basic market analysis, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the futures, forex, and derivatives business. Day-to-day tasks include supporting program and project activities, assisting senior staff with data collection and reporting, and contributing to internal process improvements. Management Trainees will engage in structured training sessions, learn company systems, and participate in client education initiatives under guidance. The program is designed to prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the organization by building practical skills and professional knowledge.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong program and project support capabilities, including basic program management skills.Candidates should possess solid analytical skills for understanding market data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and trainers.Candidates should possess training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and contribute to client education activities.Candidates should possess customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.Interest in financial markets, futures, forex, and derivatives, with a willingness to develop technical knowledge.Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a structured training program.Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and strong organizational abilities is beneficial.
