The organization is committed to delivering affordable, globally recognized education and training in Dubai.Role Description The Management Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for designing and delivering management development programs for students and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting interactive workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions, and adapting content to different learner levels and industry requirements. The role involves assessing training needs, evaluating participant performance, and providing constructive feedback to support individual and group development. The Management Trainer collaborates with academic and corporate training teams to align content with UK qualification standards and organizational goals, while maintaining a learner-centric and inclusive approach in the classroom.Qualifications Strong training and management development skills, with experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage diverse learners and maintain professional relationships with students and corporate clients.Advanced analytical skills to assess training needs, interpret feedback, and measure training effectiveness.Experience in vocational education, corporate training, or management consulting is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field; relevant training or coaching certifications are an advantage.Ability to work in a multicultural environment and tailor content for international learners.Strong organizational skills and proficiency with presentation tools and learning technologies.
