As we extend our Gurugram operations into the night shift, we are looking for someone to own everything that keeps that shift running safely and without interruption. Through the night, you are the senior-most representative of the organization on the premises and the first escalation point for anything affecting our people or our operations.What you'll own• Employee transport end to end — roster-based cab logistics, route optimisation, GPS-tracked vehicles, verified drivers, live trip monitoring and drop confirmations• Night-time safety protocols for all employees, with particular rigour around employees commute safety, escort deployment and SOS response• Facility uptime through the shift — power backup, HVAC, IT infrastructure support, housekeeping, cafeteria and emergency readiness• Physical security — guard deployment, access control, CCTV, visitor logs and shift handovers• Statutory compliance for night-shift working in Haryana, POSH obligations and vendor labour documentation• Incident management — you are the escalation authority, and every incident closes with a written report and a preventive action• Vendor commercials and the night operations budgetWhat we're looking for• 5–10 years in administration, facilities or workplace operations, with at least 3 years running a night-shift or 24x7 environment• Background in BPO, ITeS, shared services, e-commerce fulfilment or production studio operations in Delhi-NCR• Hands-on ownership of employee transport operations and vendor management• Working knowledge of night-shift statutory requirements for employees in Haryana and POSH compliance• Graduate in any discipline. Certification in facility management, safety or first aid is an advantage• Willing to work permanent night shifts
